Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your Rei den Mei game!
If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days after delivery — as long as the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been removed or the box has been opened.

To start a return, please contact us at info@reidenmei.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

• We only issue refunds for unopened, sealed products returned in their original condition.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@reidenmei.com and we’ll make it right.
